Pearl Moon Flower operates with limited, intentional production. Each garment is created with care, and our return policy reflects both the nature of our collections and our commitment to circular design.
Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
Reimagined collections — final sale
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our reimagined garments, all purchases from reimagined collections are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reimagined pieces unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item.
Each reimagined garment is individually designed and transformed from existing materials. Once sold, it cannot be replicated or resold.
Original collections
Original collection garments may be eligible for return under the conditions outlined below.
Approved returns may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Refunds are offered only where required by law, or where a faulty or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- The garment must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included
- The item must not be marked as final sale
Pearl Moon Flower reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Faulty or incorrect items
We take great care in inspecting each garment prior to dispatch.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear images and details of the issue.
If the fault is confirmed:
- We will offer a replacement where available
- If a replacement is not available, we will offer a store credit or a refund
The resolution method will be determined based on availability and the nature of the issue.
Return request process
To request a return, exchange, or report a faulty or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:
- Email studio@pearlmoonflower.com within the specified timeframe, including your order number and clear images where applicable
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending any items back
- Once approved, return the item in its original condition and packaging
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process the approved resolution
Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Pearl Moon Flower is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return transit.
Order changes & cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Important note on circular returns
Garment return as part of our circular model refers to long-term renewal and reworking after years of wear. This program is not yet available and should not be confused with standard product returns, refunds, or exchanges. Further details and updates will be provided once the program launches.
